Beta Tester Disclaimer

Thank you for participating in the Tatumi beta program. By accessing or using the Tatumi beta application, you ("Beta Tester") agree to the terms set out in this disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the beta version of the app.

1. Beta Program

The Tatumi beta application is a pre-release version of the software provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. It is not a finished product. Features may be incomplete, missing, or subject to change at any time without notice. Tatumi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the beta program or any individual's access to it at its sole discretion.

2. No Warranty / As-Is

The beta application is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Tatumi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translations, or uninterrupted availability. You use the beta application at your own discretion and acknowledge its experimental nature.

3. Limitations and Acknowledgements

By participating in the beta program, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The app may contain bugs, errors, crashes, or unexpected behaviour.
• Translations produced by the AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• The app should not be used in any critical, safety-sensitive, medical, legal, or professional context where translation accuracy is essential.
• Data loss, session interruptions, or service unavailability may occur without warning.
• Tatumi, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the beta application, including but not limited to misunderstandings, business losses, reputational harm, or any other losses howsoever caused.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to hold Tatumi liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta application.

4. Data & Privacy

Beta usage may result in additional diagnostic and performance data being collected and shared with the Tatumi development team to identify bugs and improve the product. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining the beta program you consent to this additional data collection.

5. Feedback & Confidentiality

You agree to provide honest feedback about your experience to help us improve the product. You also agree to keep any unreleased features, designs, or functionality you encounter during the beta strictly confidential and not to disclose them publicly without Tatumi's prior written consent.
