Welcome to Tatumi. By downloading, accessing, or using the Tatumi mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Tatumi provides a mobile application designed for real-time AI-powered voice translation. We strive for high accuracy; however, you acknowledge that AI translation may not always be 100% accurate, particularly with dialects, background noise, or complex terminology.

2. Credits

Credits are used to access Tatumi's translation features. Due to the nature of AI-based services, results may vary and are not guaranteed. Credits are consumed upon use and are non-transferable.

3. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies. Tatumi does not directly process payments or issue refunds for in-app purchases.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree to use Tatumi only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the app for illegal activities.
• Recording or translating conversations of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse our AI technology.

You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in a conversation have given their consent to be recorded and processed for translation purposes, where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and software code within the Tatumi application and website are the exclusive property of Tatumi (https://tatumi.app) and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tatumi is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our app, including but not limited to misunderstandings, business losses, or legal issues arising from mistranslations in critical environments (e.g., medical, legal, or safety-sensitive situations).

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Tatumi app or service at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
